An Evaluation of the Spearmint Approach to Software Process Modelling

چکیده

This paper presents an evaluation of the Spearmint approach to software process modelling. In this evaluation, claims made about Spearmint are evaluated against our experience with using Spearmint in two process modelling projects. The evaluation identifies strengths and weaknesses of the approach and possible areas for improvement. While the results of the evaluation are specific to Spearmint, the experience gained can be generalised to apply to other process modelling techniques and tool features.
